Job summary

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with pharmaceutical facilities experience to join our Industrial Facilities Design team. The role focuses on leading multi-discipline projects, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time delivery across North America.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
PMP Registration strongly preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in industrial facilities design, with 5+ years managing pharmaceutical facilities design projects.
Experience with major capital projects within an engineering or architecture firm.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-discipline major projects and oversee discipline leads.
Ensure adherence to timetable and budget for assigned projects.
Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts with client input from PIC.
Establish project scope with discipline captains and managers; plan work and design direction.
Prepare plans, control procedures, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress.
