Job summary

SSOE is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Pharmaceutical Facilities) to support our Industrial Facilities Design team. You will assist Senior Project Managers with day-to-day tasks, work plans, schedules, and budgets on pharmaceutical facilities projects, under guidance as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Associate degree in the engineering field is preferred.
• CAPM Certification is encouraged.
• A minimum one year experience as an Engineer 1 or a minimum three years related experience.
• Travel required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Project Managers and Project Managers with day-to-day project tasks, staffing to fee, work plans, schedules, budgets, etc.
• Assist in preparing project plans, budgets, control procedures, etc.
• Manage small and/or low-complexity projects under supervision.
• Attend client meetings to take minutes and prepare distribution.
