Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with pharmaceutical facilities experience to join our Industrial Facilities Design team. You will lead high-profile projects, coordinate in-house engineering and architecture staff, and ensure success from scope development to commissioning and startup.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule and potential remote arrangements, with a competitive salary and annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in the industrial facilities design industry and 5+ years leading pharmaceutical facilities design projects.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-discipline major projects and oversee discipline leads.
• Ensure timetable adherence and financial success of projects.
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts with client input.
• Define project scope with discipline captains and managers and plan work.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and change management processes.
• Support client meetings and lead business development activities.
• Travel to project locations as needed and maintain documentation control.
