Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with pharmaceutical facilities experience to join our Industrial Facilities Design team. You will lead multi-discipline projects from scope development to commissioning, working with in-house engineering and architecture staff to meet high industry standards.

This senior role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to become a shareholder through our ownership program; the position requires 10+ years in industrial facilities design and 5+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• PMP Registration strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years in industrial facilities design and 5+ years pharma project leadership.
• Experience delivering major capital projects in engineering or architecture firms.
• Strong client relationship and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-discipline major projects and oversee discipline leads.
• Manage timetable adherence and financial success of projects.
• Prepare fee proposals and conduct client contract negotiations.
• Define project scope with discipline captains and managers and align tasks.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and change control; ensure proper paper flow.
