Job summary
SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with pharmaceutical facilities experience to join our Industrial Facilities Design team in a hybrid role across multiple US locations, including Columbus, OH. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects from scope development to commissioning, ensuring performance and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial facilities design and 5+ years managing pharmaceutical projects; PMP is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- PMP Registration strongly preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in industrial facilities design and 5+ years in pharmaceutical facilities design.
- Experience leading multi-discipline teams and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-discipline major projects and oversee discipline leads.
- Direct timetable and financial success of assigned projects.
- Prepare fee proposals and conduct contract negotiations with client input.
- Establish project scope with Discipline Captains and Managers; plan work and resources.
- Monitor progress, budgets and change management; ensure on-time delivery.
- Travel to project locations and engage in client-facing activities.
