Job summary

JSR Services wants an experienced Export Manager to lead the export department and drive growth. You will shape strategy, build the team, and serve as the key liaison with clients, carriers, agents, and regulators.

Applicants should have extensive export experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of export controls, documentation, and Incoterms, with advanced English proficiency. This is a senior, on-site leadership role within a growing logistics organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in export management, export operations, freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms and trade documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or logistics management systems.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction: define the strategy, policies and goals of the export department.
• Run world-class operations: oversee export logistics and administrative processes, ensuring full compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
• Drive profitability: manage the department budget and lead negotiations with clients, carriers and freight agents.
• Partner with leadership: work closely with senior management to support sustainable growth aligned with company goals.
• Build a strong team: lead, coach and develop export supervisors and administrative staff.
• Measure and improve: track department KPIs and lead continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance: guarantee accurate export documentation in line with Incoterms and current regulations.
