Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years Air/Ocean export experience in freight forwarding.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising staff.
• Understanding of export regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Air Freight Export processes and team initiatives.
• Set, monitor and report KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hire, coach and develop export staff and manage performance.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and authorities to ensure compliant, efficient shipments.
