  • Ability to make strategic decisions, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Pharma Export Experience: A Strong Advantage

If you have managed exports of pharmaceutical products, medical devices or other FDA-regulated goods, your background is exactly what we value. Experience in a regulated environment brings the discipline, attention to detail and compliance mindset this role demands. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Export compliance for regulated products: EEI/AES filings, export controls (EAR/ECCN), restricted party screening and Schedule B classification.
  • Regulatory documentation: Certificates of Free Sale, Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), certificates of origin and destination country import permits.
  • Cold chain and temperature-sensitive shipments: packaging validation, data loggers, temperature excursion management and coordination with specialized carriers.
  • Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and quality requirements, including deviation handling and corrective actions (CAPA).
  • Coordination with Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain teams to release and ship product on time.
  • Audits and inspections: supporting internal, customer or regulatory audits related to export processes.
Ready for Your First Management Role?

Senior Export Specialists, Export Compliance Specialists or Supervisors from the pharmaceutical and medical device industry are encouraged to apply. If you have led projects, trained team members or been the go-to person for complex shipments, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership position and take your career to the next level.

What's In It for You
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
  • A leadership role with real influence on strategy and results.
  • The opportunity to build and develop your own team.
  • Growth potential within a well-established company in the logistics sector.
