Körber Pharma Packaging AG in the United States is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for commissioning, repair, and maintenance of complex pharmaceutical equipment. The role requires staying current with machine designs and training, performing advanced diagnostics, and ensuring a professional, high-quality finish on serviced machines.

You will be on-call, travel 75% or more, and collaborate with a team focused on customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Requires field service experience and ability to travel 85% or more.
• Demonstrates basic to intermediate electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints for assembly and wiring.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites for initial commissioning and debugging.
• Perform repair, maintenance, or SLA service on equipment.
• Ensure quality cosmetic appearance of machines after service.
• Diagnose, test, and repair equipment; report defects.
• Keep work area clean and organized; maintain professional appearance.
• Attend meetings and promote Körber positively to customers.
• Be available for on-call and weekend support.
