STEQ America is seeking a self-starting Field Service Technician based in Fort Washington, PA. You will support installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical equipment, while training operators and coordinating on-site activities.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech, strong communication, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with CRM tools are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology industry.
• Proven communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60% in the continental US and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field service support during visits and installations.
• Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
• Produce timely service reports and document data in CRM systems.
