Job summary

Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of field-based Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives led by District Managers. You will recruit, hire and manage a high-performing team, create and drive district strategy, and coach reps to improve skills, product knowledge, and performance.

The role also involves analyzing data to optimize resources, driving call plan adherence, and ensuring the district meets or exceeds targets, while organizing training and maintaining a strong, ethical work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of management experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-quality team.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with computers/iPad and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and manage a high-performing district team.
• Create and drive district strategy and short-term tactics to meet business goals.
• Coach and counsel field representatives on skills, product knowledge and development.
• Monitor data analytics to optimize resource use and prescribing influence.
• Drive call plan adherence and execution across the district.

• Share success stories and propagate best practices across districts.
