Inizio Engage is building a nationwide field-based Pharmaceutical Field Sales team to be led by District Managers, with Pfizer as a key client. This leadership role focuses on recruiting and guiding district representatives, driving performance, and leveraging data to optimize field activities.

As a District Manager, you will set district strategy, coach teams in the field, monitor analytics, and collaborate with leadership to align with company goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of management experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare preferred, with ability to develop and motivate others.

• Develop district strategy and short-term tactics to meet business goals.
• Coach representatives in field to improve skills and knowledge.
