Job summary

Inizio Engage is building a nationwide field sales leadership team to oversee Pfizer-related accounts from a district management perspective. The role focuses on recruiting, coaching, and optimizing performance across a high-potential field-based team.

You will work with reps in the field, analyze performance data, and develop district plans to meet aggressive commercial objectives while traveling as needed across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
• 5 years of management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry preferred.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
• Overnight travel may be required (depending on geographical location).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and manage a high performing team.
• Create and drive district strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals in a timely manner.
• Coach and counsel field representatives on skills, product knowledge and capabilities.
• Monitor data analytics to optimize resources and prescribing provider impact.
• Drive call plan adherence and execution.
• Organize employee training and district meetings.
• Communicate with leadership to update on performance and opportunities.
