Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a District Manager to lead a nationwide field sales team supporting Pfizer products in California. You will recruit, coach and performance-manage district representatives, develop short- and long-term district strategies, and drive data-driven execution to meet and exceed targets.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of pharma/healthcare, and hands-on field coaching to elevate product knowledge and field performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare industries.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and manage a high performing district team.
• Develop and drive district strategy and short-term tactics to meet goals.
• Coach field reps on skills, product knowledge, and performance.
• Monitor analytics and use data to optimize resource use and prescribing provider impact.
• Drive call plan adherence, exceed targets, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Organize training, conferences, and district meetings; share best practices nationwide.
