Inizio Engage is building a nationwide field-based Pharmaceutical Field Sales team led by District Managers to support Pfizer. The District Manager will recruit, coach, and develop representatives, drive district strategy, and ensure performance against targets across the nation.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
• 5 years of management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry preferred.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
• Strong account management skills and ability to work with health systems/pharmacies to gain access.
• Overnight travel may be required depending on geographical location.
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficient with computer/iPad.

Responsabilités

• Coach and counsel field representatives on skills, product knowledge, and capabilities.

• Organize employee training, conferences, and district meetings.
• Share success stories and adapt best practices across the district and nation.
• Communicate with leadership regularly to update on performance and opportunities.
