Inizio Engage is building a field-based leadership team to drive a nationwide district in support of Pfizer products. You will recruit, coach, and grow a high-performing group of pharmaceutical field sales representatives, with a focus on actionable insights and measurable results.

The District Manager role requires strong management experience in Pharma/Healthcare, the ability to lead change, and a track record of developing top performers across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Pharma/Healthcare.
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate and develop others.
• Experience with district-level performance management and call data analysis.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
• Strong strategic thinking and account management skills.
