Job summary

Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of field based Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representatives led by District Managers. This is a senior leadership role to develop your management skills in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries while driving district performance.

As a performance-driven leader, you will recruit, hire and coach a high-performing team, develop district strategies, analyze data, and partner with senior leaders to exceed targets across the nation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
• 5 years of management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Healthcare Industry preferred with proven ability to develop and motivate others, lead through change, and deliver on set objectives.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Computer/iPad proficient.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and manage a high performing team.
• Create and drive district strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals in a timely manner.
• Coach and counsel representatives in the field to improve skills, product knowledge, and capabilities for development and goal achievement.
• Monitor data analytics information to maximize impact on prescribing providers and opportunities to improve.
• Drive call plan adherence and execution.
• Ensure geography meets or exceeds all targets and goals.
• Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team.
• Assess competitive threats and take appropriate action.
• Assist in design of business plans, employee development plans, monthly reports.
• Organize employee training, conferences, and district meetings.
• Share success stories and best practices across the district and nation.
• Communicate with leadership regularly to update on project performance and opportunities.
