Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in relevant field; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Regulated pharma environment experience and with serialized/specialty supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations and serve as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, system interfaces, serialization, pricing, government pricing, and special programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, maintain project risks and readiness metrics, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and adapt Bayer’s readiness approach to evolving expectations.
