Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, pricing, and government programs to ensure reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

You will collaborate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory and commercial teams to drive process improvements and readiness for NDC-12 initiatives, aligning with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience qualifies.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialization-focused supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and data interfaces; able to bridge business and IT requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches or new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage project risks and readiness reporting.
