• Assesses customer needs for additional products/services and educates on offerings.
• Documents calls in computerized record-keeping system and enters orders.
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records.
• Reads and analyzes patient orders and understands pharmacy terminology.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and patients and assists with training.
• Calculates figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed.
