Genetec is seeking a highly organized Content Marketing Manager to lead our B2B content programs and customer story initiatives in North America. You will supervise a team of freelancers, edit customer stories, blogs, ebooks, and bylines, and handle short-form copy for digital ads and emails.

The ideal candidate blends strong writing with project management, collaborating across teams to ensure brand alignment and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in content marketing or editorial management.
• Experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, ebooks, bylines).
• Strong project management skills with overlapping deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelance writers or agency partners.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
