Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead North America B2B content programs, including customer stories, blogs, and long-form assets. You will act as editor, project manager, and writer for select pieces, guiding freelancers and internal stakeholders to deliver on-brand, high-impact content.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in content marketing or editorial management.
• Experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines).
• Strong project management with overlapping deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelance writers or agency partners.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization.
• Experience using a project management platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead content projects with freelance writers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee customer stories (written and video), blogs, ebooks, and bylines.
• Write short-form copy for digital ads and emails.
• Review content to ensure alignment with brand voice and quality standards.
• Coordinate customer interviews and manage approvals.
• Analyze content performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with North America Marketing Team to support campaigns.
