Job summary

Viseven Group in the United States seeks a Customer Transformation & Enablement Lead to drive adoption of our pharma-focused platforms. You will partner with customers to align stakeholders, deliver effective adoption strategies, and foster long-term engagement, enabling self-sufficiency in using our solutions.

Responsibilities include mapping stakeholders, crafting transformation roadmaps, and designing learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leading end-to-end change management or customer enablement programs in a client-facing, B2B SaaS or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of designing and executing learning and change strategies that achieved measurable adoption outcomes.
• Working knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE) and change-management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).
• SaaS onboarding and omnichannel strategy experience in pharma / life-sciences is a plus.
• Comfort enabling customers on AI-driven or agentic tools and curiosity about AI's impact on work.
• Able to translate complex workflows into clear learning content for non-technical users.
• Confident facilitating conversations with C-suite sponsors and frontline users alike.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to mitigate risks.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging learning experiences.
• Cross-functional collaboration; self-driven, curious, and proactive.
• Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken); a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand transition and people dynamics for client transformations.
• Draft transformation roadmaps with account teams and map stakeholder roles and change impacts.
• Assess readiness, identify business needs, and design program scope and milestones.
• Develop learning plans and targeted strategies mapped to capability gaps.
• Engage stakeholders with sponsor briefings and regular communications to ensure alignment.
• Design and deliver live and virtual training for various user groups.
• Coordinate post-go-live reinforcement with customer success, product, and tech teams.
• Monitor adoption, identify laggards, and deploy coaching or re-training as needed.
• Establish internal champion networks to sustain adoption.
