Job summary

Prudentia Sciences in the United States is seeking a Customer Delivery & Support Lead to own implementation and support for biopharma customers. You'll map workflows, configure the platform, and coordinate with engineering for integrations to ensure fast time-to-value.

You will guide deployments, triage issues, build knowledge bases, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale delivery during a critical growth phase.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions consulting, or platform configuration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and clear communication with customers and engineers.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business workflows into a technical build with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Translate client workflows into implementation plans and deployment go-lives.
  • Lead workshops and configuration sessions to map workflows.
  • Build reusable patterns and playbooks for faster delivery.
  • Own end-to-end ticket resolution with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a customer-facing knowledge base.
