Job summary

Viseven Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Product Owner/PM to drive product strategy for Pharma and Life Sciences IT. You will translate roadmaps into actionable backlogs, prioritize work, and collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to deliver high‑value releases.

Qualifications

2+ years experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar.
1+ years in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing IT domain.
Proven success in defining and launching products that meet business objectives.
Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycle and evaluation metrics.
Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with estimation techniques (story points, T-shirt sizing).
English proficiency - upper-intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

Translate product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes.
Own and prioritize team backlog to ensure development aligns with product goals.
Define sprint goals and participate in sprint planning with the team.
Manage scope changes and communicate with stakeholders during sprints.
Refine backlog with product strategy and priorities based on market insights.
Collaborate with Product Management to refine features based on customer insights.
Coordinate discovery with BAs, SAs, and other roles to ensure feasibility.
Provide requirements when goals are understood and ready.
Plan releases with Engineering Manager and PO defines scope.
Lead sprint retrospectives with EM to drive improvements.
Identify and escalate risks for delivery.
Serve as SME for internal stakeholders and ensure high-quality releases.
Coordinate cross-team epics and align on shared functionality.
Assist with estimation approvals through the Estimator tool.
