Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team in early 2027. You will lead customer-facing programs and a small portfolio of internal projects to strengthen the CDMO function, including governance, tools, and cross-functional ways of working as the business scales.

The role requires managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear structure and strong communication, spanning launches, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project or program management in pharma CDMO/CMO or closely regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, including tech transfers, new product introductions, or launches.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with structure and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office applications (Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership across assigned CDMO/CMO customers.
• Cross-site coordination with Operations and site teams in multiple locations.
• End-to-end project management with detailed plans including milestones and risks.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects to improve processes, governance, tools, and ways of working.
• Proactive risk and issue management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Commercial handoff and execution support from opportunity to execution.
• Reporting and documentation: updates, status reports, action logs, decision trackers.
• Milestone and invoicing coordination linked to commercial terms.
