Qualifications

• Strong scientific background in preclinical drug discovery and development.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development in pharma/biotech.
• Understanding of pharma, biotech, and CRO landscape.
• Established industry network to facilitate BD efforts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with excellent presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to drive repeat business.
