Job summary

Tranquil Clinical Research and Consulting Services seeks an experienced CRO sales/BD professional to cultivate Sponsor and CRO relationships and drive opportunities. You will manage a caseload, leverage HubSpot for activity tracking, and present Profil’s capabilities to pharma partners.

Travel 10–20% globally, collaborate with a team, and advance relationships toward strategic partnerships. Strong English and scientific background preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO sales and/or business development is a must.
• Experience in a clinical trial environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of the drug R&D process within pharma is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain Sponsor and CRO relationships via phone, email, and meetings.
• Project manage a caseload of relationships and clinical trial opportunities.
• Daily use of HubSpot for BD activities and relationship mgmt.
• Pitch Profil’s services to pharmaceutical/CRO contacts.
• Prepare customized PowerPoint presentations for partners.
• Represent Profil at industry conferences and travel 10–20% of the time.
• Collaborate to develop strategies to advance relationships to partnerships.
