Job summary

Pharma Source Direct in Englewood, CO seeks a results-driven Pharmaceutical Account Manager to grow our compounding pharmacy API portfolio. You will manage an existing book of accounts and prospect new business with pharmacy decision-makers.

Starting salary is $55,000–$65,000 plus commission on gross margin, with comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B inside sales, Excel and CRM proficiency, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience.
• Ability to build relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong numerical reasoning for margins, tiered pricing, and unit conversions.
• Proficient in Office and CRM platforms; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of compounding pharmacy accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls to pharmacy decision-makers to qualify leads and close new business.
• Develop territory plans, track sales cycles, and meet revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Support, Regulatory, and Logistics teams to fulfill orders and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate records of interactions, quotes, and forecasts.
