Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years frontline digital advertising sales or related roles
• 2-4 years Pharma/Healthcare client experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Understanding of advertising in regulated environments, privacy/compliance
• Strong strategic thinking and go-to-market execution
• Excellent communication and C-level relationship skills
• Proficiency in sales methodologies, negotiation and consultative selling
• Interest in AI tools and industry trends to optimize campaigns
