The role emphasizes managing engagements with minimal supervision, fostering a team environment, and developing specialized expertise in affordable housing and governmental audits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for engagements from planning to completion.
• Oversee engagement reviews and ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
