Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager to lead PHA/HUD audit engagements, guide staff, and strengthen client relationships across the Governmental and Affordable Housing practice. The role emphasizes mentoring, planning, and ensuring high-quality audits with minimal supervision.

You will supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, pursue new business, and help drive profitability while collaborating with Partners on training and development initiatives within a national firm.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• CPA license strongly preferred and active CPA status.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements including planning, staffing, and timelines.
• Mentor and supervise Staff and Senior Accountants and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Help increase office profitability through efficient time and resource management.
