Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP in Bellevue, WA, seeks an experienced Manager to supervise audit engagements, mentor Staff and Senior Accountants, and build strong client relationships within the Firm's Tax/Audit practice, with a focus on government and affordable housing audits (PHA and HUD).

You will plan engagements, review work, develop staff, pursue new clients, and contribute to the Firm's growth through technical excellence and leadership in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Experience in public accounting with GAAP and auditing standards knowledge.
• Ability to lead, supervise and mentor staff and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client engagements with planning and staff assignment.
• Review engagements and provide technical guidance with minimal supervision.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead training and performance evaluations for staff and seniors.
• Travel domestically as required.
