Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager to lead audit engagements, primarily focusing on PHA and HUD audits. You will supervise staff, plan engagements, and strengthen client relationships to boost office profitability.

The role requires 5–8 years in public accounting, a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, and CPA is strongly preferred. Strong communication, time management, and the ability to travel domestically are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and U.S. auditing standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning and staffing.
• Oversee engagement completion and mentor staff with minimal oversight.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support governmental and HUD-related audit engagements and related compliance work.
