Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a friendly front desk associate to provide exceptional customer service at the patient access point in Tallahassee, FL. You’ll orient and process members and guests, manage check-ins, and route inquiries under supervision of the Sales and Service Manager and Operations Supervisor.

Required education is a high school diploma or GED, with preferred prior customer service experience.
