Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years prior Health Care or Hospitality Industry experience preferred.

• Maintain a safe, sanitary, neat and orderly environment via the 10/Step Cleaning Process.
• Uphold TMH Mission Statement and Values in daily performance.
• Clean patient rooms, ancillary areas, offices, departments and public areas.

Accountable for customer satisfaction by providing a safe, sanitary, neat and orderly environment. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping quality in patient rooms, ancillary areas, offices, departments, public areas and other facility rooms via daily performance of the 10/Step Cleaning Process. Expected to exhibit workplace behaviors that are in-line with TMH Mission Statement and Values.
