Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Physician Practice Representative to be the first contact for patients at the front desk, handling reception, scheduling, data entry, billing and supplies.

The role requires strong customer service and effective communication in a busy clinical environment. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment and have knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Some post high school coursework, i.e.: customer service, business.
• Minimum: 1 year of job-related experience; previous experience demonstrating direct customer service.
• Preferred: 2+ years of job-related experience; previous experience demonstrating direct customer service.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (fax, printer, copier, scanner). Computer proficiency and knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Required Experience:
