Job summary

KemperSports is seeking a PGA Pro Sales Manager to source and outreach PGA Professionals at private golf clubs nationwide. You will generate group golf business by cultivating relationships and positioning Streamsong as the destination for member trips, buddy groups, and exclusive pro-am experiences.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, travel to client meetings and industry events, and collaborate with resort teams to deliver seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over phone and email.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.
• Experience building relationships with PGA Professionals or private clubs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and connect with PGA Professionals at private clubs to promote Streamsong’s group travel offerings.
• Develop outreach campaigns via phone, email, and in-person visits to secure new business.
• Act as a trusted advisor to PGA Pros to deliver customized proposals.
