Job summary

Premier Golf in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an entrepreneurial PGA Relationship & Travel Program Manager to scale our flagship program. You will own the PGA strategy, recruit and mentor regional consultants, and drive end-to-end commercial and operational success.

The role requires 5-7 years in golf, active PGA network, and proven ability to build business plans, SOPs, and a high-performing team, with a focus on high-net-worth member engagement and premium travel experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience within the golf industry.
• Strong active relationships within the PGA ecosystem, especially with Section leaders and PGA Professionals.
• Proven ability to build business plans, SOPs, manage P&L, and drive commercial growth.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and refine a multi-year master business plan for the PGA Relationship & Travel Program.
• Serve as liaison between Premier Golf, PGA Sections, and key stakeholders.
• Build SOPs, lead lead generation, CRM workflows, and post-trip follow-up.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage Regional PGA Relationship Consultants & Golf Travel Specialists.
• Oversee marquee PGA engagement events and identify upsell opportunities.
