Invited is seeking a Head Golf Professional to promote the game of golf and deliver an exceptional member/guest experience at the club. You will oversee pro-shop operations, coach players, and drive revenue through programs, events, and strong engagement with members.

The role requires leadership, a deep passion for golf, and a track record of customer service excellence, staff development, and program innovation within a club setting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service.
• PGA or LPGA Professional Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in the pro-shop and for members/guests.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction per PGA/LPGA standards.
• Develop clinics, private lessons, and programs for all ages.
• Lead staff meetings, recruit and evaluate golf operations staff, and manage events.
