Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The role focuses on promoting wellness plans, educating clients on preventive care, and handling front-desk duties with accuracy.

The CSC will greet clients, collect necessary information, and coordinate appointments, ensuring a positive experience and repeat visits.

Responsibilities

Direct the flow of clients and pets to optimize hospital productivity.

Assist with client documentation, pet records, and scheduling of future visits.
Handle invoices, payments, and administrative tasks with accuracy.
Support the veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
