Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year veterinary experience.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and patients at the reception.
• Answer questions, triage client concerns, and direct to the appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide emotional support to clients in times of need.
