Alliance Animal Health is hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative for our Priority Pet Urgent Care in Aiken, SC. This full-time CSR will greet clients, triage questions, schedule appointments, and handle payments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of veterinary experience, weekend availability, and strong organizational and computer skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, triage concerns, answer calls or emails, and direct issues to the appropriate party.

• Maintain the reception area and provide emotional support to clients when needed.
• Work as part of a collaborative veterinary team to ensure excellent service.

We are available for urgent care pet needs every day of the week from 12 pm noon until 10 pm. We are eager and ready to serve the local community and their pets!

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.

Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Experienced Receptionist or Customer Service Representativewith aminimum of 1-year veterinary experience.
• Weekend availability isrequired.
• Compassionate and calm team-player.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Highly organized and possess computer skills.
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.

Pay Range:$18/hr+ depending on level of experience.
