Alliance Animal Health is hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative for our Priority Pet Urgent Care in Aiken, SC. This full-time CSR will greet clients, triage questions, schedule appointments, and handle payments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year veterinary receptionist or CSR experience.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Compassionate and calm team-player.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy front desk environment.
• Highly organized with solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, triage concerns, answer calls or emails, and direct issues to the appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow; process payments.
• Maintain the reception area and provide emotional support to clients when needed.
• Work as part of a collaborative veterinary team to ensure excellent service.
