Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply is seeking a team-oriented individual to assist Store Management in achieving operational, sales, and merchandising goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include merchandising execution, opening/closing procedures, banking deposits, and resolving customer issues, with emphasis on safety and positive customer experiences in a pet-focused store.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Promote selling initiatives (TEAM) and engage customers.
• Execute merchandising, pricing changes, and Plan-o-gram procedures.
• Open/close procedures and basic banking deposits.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
