Tractor Supply Company in Nashville seeks a Store Team Member to support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales, merchandising, and safety goals. You will promote a safe, productive environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service, animal care, cash handling, and merchandising execution with flexible, varied shifts to meet business needs.

Formación

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle live animals including their care, food and habitat.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
• Execute merchandising, price changes, and Plan-o-gram activities.
• Train new Team Members and complete required documentation.
