Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Team Member to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager by delivering outstanding customer service, merchandising, and safe, efficient store operations.

This role requires availability for varied shifts, comfort with live animals, and the ability to train teammates. The position emphasizes loss prevention, cash handling, and ensuring a positive experience for customers and pets.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of merchandising, sales and objectives.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Operate cash register and maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliations.
• Care for live animals, maintain holding tanks, and ensure animal safety.
