Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with operational, sales and merchandising objectives while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and cash handling tasks.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and enforce policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
