Petsense by Tractor Supply in Picayune, MS is seeking a team member to support store leadership in executing operational, sales, and merchandising goals while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a safe work environment and train teammates on policies and procedures.

The role emphasizes handling live animals with care, executing opening/closing duties, and supporting daily store operations to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or live animal knowledge preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Basic computer and POS experience required.
• Willingness to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, days, and weekends.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment by adhering to policies.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute merchandising, pricing changes, and Plan-o-gram procedures.
• Open/close procedures and manage daily banking tasks.
• Assist in training new Team Members and complete related documentation.
• Handle live animals and care for their supplies as required.
