Job summary

Petsense in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a team member to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You’ll help create a safe, productive environment while training Team Members on policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates have retail or live animal knowledge, must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, and high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with merchandising and store operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment and adhere to policies.
• Operate the cash register and assist with basic banking procedures.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and inventory processes.
